Versions, Export & Submission
Saved versions lock an exact sign-off snapshot and can be viewed, exported or submitted without losing later revisions.
Save Version
Save Version locks the current paperwork and adds an immutable row to Submission Versions. The saved row retains the exact PDF and allows electrician notes to be recorded.
Select Unlock when further edits are required. Saving again creates a new version while preserving the previous one.
PDF output
G1 certificates export as individual portrait pages. G2 exports in landscape with all included circuits and instrument information. G3 exports in portrait only when it is applicable.
Workspace branding, company logo, form headings and explanatory text are included in the pack.
Submit Sign-Off
Submit from the saved-version row. The account holder is the primary recipient; selected electricians and manually added recipients are included using BCC. Workspace administrators can also configure addresses that are always included.
The submitted email contains the completed PDF documentation and identifies the person who submitted it.
Check the selected version, recipients and electrician notes before sending. Submitting distributes the preserved version rather than an editable draft.
My Sign-Offs archive
The project dashboard shows the latest saved or submitted sign-off version for each project. Archived sign-offs can remain available after their project is deleted and can be permanently removed using the confirmation workflow.
