Documentation centre
Online documentation includes searchable articles, category navigation, article pages, metadata, callouts, related articles, previous/next navigation and command-palette search.
Current planner functionality
Current documented features include MFA login, branded workspaces, project dashboard, system overview, manual and auto sources, distro management, drag-and-drop equipment assignment, custom equipment, custom distros, warnings, report exports and JSON import/export.
Project Sharing
Project Sharing allows workspace users to keep projects private by default and share selected projects with chosen colleagues when workspace sharing is enabled. The feature includes My Projects, Projects Shared With Me, selected-user sharing and workspace-level sharing controls.
Engineering
Engineering now includes Engineering Overview, Load & Demand, Cable Design, Protection and Cable Library. Designers can apply diversity and power factor, calculate feeder-aware cable capacity and voltage drop, forecast device coordination and RCD selectivity, manage project cable choices, refresh referenced distro models and export selected advanced sections to PDF.
Project Cable Library
The final Engineering subtab now allows designers to include or exclude individual cable ratings for the current project and create reusable project-only cable records. The shared standard library remains read-only, existing circuits retain immutable cable snapshots, and removed or excluded records do not silently alter previous designs.
System Sign-Off
Advanced workspaces now include a System Sign-Off module for shared information, project electricians, circuit selection, G1 Completion Certificates, the G2 Schedule of Test Results and G3 Confirmation of Electrical Completion. Forms support prepopulation with manual overrides, completion locking and revocation, assigned external-electrician links, mixed-orientation branded PDF export and submission by email to the project account holder.
Planning workflow updates
Power Sources and Distro Overview now use batch-add windows, collapsed cards, filters and consistent ordering controls. Distro Editor rolls downstream load through parent outputs and phase totals, provides parent and child navigation, shows parent phase capacity on downstream boards and keeps the current phase summary visible while scrolling.
Live report sharing
The Report tab now includes compact source and distro selection with connected-system counts, plus a live view-only external link that can be copied or replaced without granting edit access.
