G3 Confirmation of Electrical Completion

When G3 applies

Use G3 where the event contains multiple completion certificates or separately responsible subsections that need a consolidated confirmation.

If G3 is not required, select G3 not applicable above the form. The form is hidden and excluded from PDF exports and submissions.

Schedule of sections

For each subsystem, enter the responsible person, organisation and Completion Certificate reference. Add or remove rows so the schedule matches the completed project documentation.

Confirmation

The Senior Person Responsible reviews the listed sections, completes the declaration and enters the signature or typed confirmation. Mark the form Complete after verifying the attached G1 and G2 documentation.
