Why can I not assign a source?

The source may be incompatible, already assigned to another distro or belong to the distro's own output. Check connector type and existing assignments.

What is an Auto Source?

An Auto Source is a virtual source created from an eligible distro output. It allows downstream distros to be connected while still calculating load through the parent distro.

Why did my dismissed warning come back?

Dismissed warnings return when the underlying load changes significantly. This prevents an old dismissal from hiding a newly changed condition.

Why can I not see Advanced Calculations?

Advanced Calculations is controlled at workspace level. If the tab is absent, ask the workspace administrator whether advanced features are enabled for your workspace.

Why are connected load and design load the same?

They match when circuit diversity is 100%. Design load changes only when diversity below 100% is applied; connected load always retains the total assigned equipment rating.

Why is a cable result still Review?

Enter a positive cable length, check the selected cable and installation assumptions, then select Verify. Any later change to relevant inputs or design current invalidates the verification and requires a new review.

Why is a report missing a distro?

Check the Report tab toggles. Sources and distros can be hidden from the report export without being removed from the project.

Why can I not share my project?

Project Sharing may be disabled for your workspace, or you may be using the individual app subdomain where sharing is not available.

Can I share a project with another company?

No. Projects can only be shared with users in the same workspace. Cross-company sharing is not currently supported.

Can I stop sharing a project?

Yes. Project owners can make a project private again from the project actions menu. This removes access for users it was previously shared with.

Why do shared projects appear separately?

My Projects contains projects you created. Projects Shared With Me contains projects another user has shared with you.
