Shared information

Event or project, venue and inspection date are initially taken from System Overview. For and on behalf of uses the workspace company name where available. These shared values feed the sign-off forms while form-specific automatic fields can still be overridden.

Complete the responsible person, responsibility, organisation, email, sign-off date, operating period and any general comments before completing the forms.

Project electricians

Add each electrician in the Electricians section with their name, email and company. An electrician can remain on the project without an access link.

Any authenticated user with access to the project can manage electrician links. Removing an electrician revokes their active links and removes their row, but values they previously entered remain in the sign-off record.

• Generate, copy, replace or remove a link from the electrician row.
• Each link is assigned to one named electrician.
• Choose an active-until date up to three months in the future when generating or replacing a link.

External collaboration

An external electrician link opens an editable version of the same sign-off record without requiring an account. Account users and external electricians use the same section-locking rules: the first person editing a section holds it until they leave.

Saved edits mirror between account and external views. A saved sign-off version locks the paperwork for every participant until an account user unlocks it.

Completion tracker

The completion tracker shows each G1, G2 and G3 status and provides Open buttons for direct navigation. Completed forms show who completed them and when.
